Mark A might make you regret this post...

That'd be sweet.  There's a reason athletes use PEDs.  THEY WORK!  Worked like crazy for Arrieta.

Dr. Blackheart

I am going to go out on a limb here and say Joey and Sam will be the best MU basketball brothers ever.

I miss PED Braun.

+1. The Brewers would be a ton better off if Braun was back on PEDs. Might be able to stay on the field and hit a ball out of the park.

Out of curiosity, what is the objective evidence out there that leads one to believe Arrieta is or was using PEDs. I am a Cubs fan but more than willing to consider evidence that Arrieta is a cheater, I.e. sustained uptick in
velocity, more movement on off speed stuff, larger head circumference??? Success alone is not enough to move the needle for me.

Pick a page in the MLB thread and chances are it's laid out.

eh, pass. You seemed pretty sure of your conclusion so I figured you could rattle off a few arguments in support of the same.

Meanwhile at the Hauser residence........

Mrs. Hauser comes home:  "Hi Joey, i hope you had great day.  i just talked to Sam and he says not to read MU......."

Joey staring at his computer:  "why the hell would they be talking about Austin Peay and the likelihood of a Bailey going pro in my welcome thread?  and why would i care about the Sausage King of Chicago's bigotry?"

Mrs. Houser:  "....Scoop"

Will Cubs have to give back their world series ring..? lol. Just kidding...

My advice to you is to ignore Wades on this topic.  Most everything he has to say in regards to Arrieta is ludicrous.

You also said Verlander used PEDs, but offered no proof.  When asked if Nolan Ryan did, a guy that threw well into the high 90's after the age of 45 you didn't have an answer.  Why is it that some people can't have natural gifts, change mechanics, work out differently, leverage their legs differently to increase their abilities?  Of course there are some that use PEDs, that doesn't mean every guy that does well for a period of time does.
