It is really, really hard to go on the road in the BEast and beat a good team.

Road teams are 12-16 in Big East play this season.  More than likely 13-16 by the end of tonight.  Harder to win on the road than at home?  Of course.  But far from impossible.

Wow, I'm really surprised by that.  Any idea how many of that is against DePaul, SJU and GTown?

8 (and most likely 9) of the home losses are Georgetown, SJU, and DePaul.  2 of the road wins come from that group.

Okay, so then we're back to 'hard to beat a good team'.   ;D

It's early, St. John's up on #1 Villanova. It's on  FOX Business Network.

Seton Hall getting destroyed at Creighton.  And they can't score in this game, either.  People thinking MU played great defense vs SH are wrong.

Looks like I'm right that Seton Hall won't even be ranked at season's end.

The news reports of the Nova-GT game talked about it being Ewing's first matchup against Nova since the 1985 title game. I like that.

X came back to beat St. John's. I tend to think X is a little overrated based on what we've seen so far this season, but still winning when not playing particularly well is a sign of a mentally tough team that's able to overcome adversity.

Creighton has not lost at home yet this year. So it is more likely about what Creighton is doing right, not some Seton Hall failing.

Darn Creighton! Who let them in our league?!?!

Shoulda brought in Chicago State. They lose at home all the time!

(Also quite adept at losing on the road.)

Go to the home of "hangin at the Al" and click on the pinned post that states rules / tips. It's at the bottom of that. Really easy. I just ignored him last night.

(Although annoying you can see what he says when people quote him)
