Georgetown turnovers and cranking up threes in second half lead to losing 20 point lead.  Stopped going to Govan inside.

Gtwn vs. Butler, helluva game. I love this conference. Butler winning was good for the BEast but bad for MU.

Why?

Not asking to be a wise-arse. I never know who I'm supposed to root for (other than MU).

I see Butler as a potential bubble team. I don't see Georgetown as a potential bubble team. Could be wrong though. On my best days I am just a bum on the internet.

Wait, they can't sell out for the #1 rank team.

Baby steps. They couldn’t even sell out Notre Dame .

Maybe they ( with our help) can sell out the MU game.

Yep. Novelty factor, top 15 opponent, and an improving team barely got them above 10k. Lose for long enough and that happens.

Creighton’s Marcus Foster just hurt knee, looked pretty bad.  That would be a huge lost for the team.

Disregard he is back.  Looked bad at first.

53-42 Creighton at the half. Maybe the Big East is just going to play a lot of high scoring games this season. Lots of good offensive teams.

Seton Hall just ripped off 18 points in 5 minutes to get back into 63-60 Creighton.

First team to 85 wins!

I never said they were ranked high. I said they were overrated even for the rankings they were getting.  But KP,  RPI,  BPI all have had Butler as a top 50 team. I don't think they are a top 50 team.
