Honestly, I'd prefer they just poll a bunch of sportswriters from 247sports and if the underdog wins, it's a quality win. Of course,  they'll have to come up with a snazzy, recognizable name for it.

i like the concept but the ranges are too broad.  break them up even more and put a numerical value on them-then you can eliminate a lot of the crybabies come march madness.
