I didn't see this posted elsewhere, I apologize if I missed it. Scout has a new top 100 for the class of 2018. A few names MU is in on:

#15 Simi Shittu (pretty sure we've moved on)
#18 Joey Hauser
#23 Quentin Grimes
#29 Ayo Dosunmu (pretty sure we've moved on)
#31 Jalen Smith (pretty sure we've moved on)
#67 Montez Mathis
#71 Race Thompson
#80 Khavon Moore (big drop for him)
#83 Tim Finke (pretty sure we've moved on)
#91 Noah Locke

Some others who are unranked:
Jeenathan Williams: 4 star, 32nd SF
Jarvis Thomas: 3 star, 24th PF
TJ Moss: 3 star, 28th PG
Torrence Watson: 3 star, 34th PG

FwIW, Moore split time b/w UAA & Nije leagues. His advanced stats in both were horrific

Jeenathan Williams is under rated . Would be great if we could get his commitment this summer .

He would be a very nice consolation prize if we don't get Joey Hauser and/or Quentin Grimes

Is "we've moved on" synonymous with "he cut us from his list"?

It means I haven't heard us mentioned with them in a while. I would imagine that most of them were cases of "we're still on the list, but I don't see us getting much traction, let's cut bait."

Are you sure? When I think of DJO I think of a lights out shooter who can also slash. What I've read about Jeenathan Williams is that he is a slasher who can sometimes shoot.

I'm pretty sure he was just referring to his neck. Maybe penile girth, but idk how close he is with the family.

With only 1 scholarship left I'm sure the focus is very narrow.... Joey, Grimes.....maybe 1 or 2 others

And then next year, he must cut all of them in favor of higher rated recruits.  Hey...that's just how the game's played if you want to be a top program.
You actually have a degree from Marquette?

No...and after reading many many psosts from people on this board that do...I have to say I'm MUCH better off, if this is the type of "intelligence" a degree from MU gets you. It sure is on full display I will say that.

Are we still legit in play for QG? And Joey is planning on announcing this summer right?
Retire Terry Rand's jersey!

They have not stopped recruiting QG so they must feel still option.

Last told August timing for Joey, but that was 2 months ago (late April).
