As it stands in the current edition of Bracketology, the #1 seeds are UNC, Memphis, Kansas, and UCLA.

Since UCLA has one loss, I'm leaving them out.

So it comes down to the big three...choose one and state your case.

Gee, not a fun group to take on.  With a gun to my head, I would select North Carolina.

Why, you ask?  Marquette can keep up with offensive teams pretty well, but I don't like having to compete with really good defensive teams.   All of these teams have good guards and frontcourts.  However, UNC's defense is above average at best.  They have been outrebounded this year, and having let good teams shoot pretty well.  They are probably the best overall offense in basketball, (#3 according to Pomeroy) but not anywhere near that on the defensive side.

The team I would NOT want to play is Kansas.  Good defense.  Maybe the best in College Basketball (#2 according to Pomeroy).  Plus, the transition offense is very good.  We crash a lot of our guards on the offensive boards, which plays right into Kansas' hands for a lot of easy transition baskets.  Remember '03?

With those coaches, I'd like to take on Self.

Agreed.  If we're in the tournament Self has bombed out a couple times already.  He's an outstanding recruiter, but besides that I think he's the most overrated coach in the country.
