There are going to be plenty of threads cluttered by irrational negativity. With perspective, it's clear MU played above its limitations this year. And it was fun as hell.

Well done gents. Next year is looking very promising.

Cannot wait until next season. The coaching staff knows the weaknesses.  Despite a lack of size and quickness, we found a way to the NCAA tournament this year. Good things ahead.

wadesworld

Got matched up with the type of team we struggle with that got a home game as a 7 seed. Tough way to end a very fun season.

warriorfred

Made the tourney.  See what next year brings.  The youth showed tonight.

Looking forward with optimism.

Wanted a tournament appearance and we got it.  Sucks to end this way but I am  already looking forward to next year!  Thanks for a fun season guys!

Was in Vegas tonight. Everyone in the sports book was chattin about Marquette shooters and Howard in particular. Won't tell my girlfriend about the pack of smokes in my pocket but I will tell her about our top 25 team next year.

Top 25?  How's your hangover this morning?

Not. Not good. I do think next year we see the first entry to the top 25 of the Wojo era (though probably we won't be parked there all year).

Not with this lineup you wont. Unless all incoming Freshmen are studs, MU will probably be middle of the pack in BE again. Say what you want about JJJ, KR and Luke, they are being replaced by Freshmen. I suggest this team will be another year away from Top 25 assuming everyone progresses and nobody leaves.

ecompt

Unless the freshmen (including Elliott, we hope) can play 30 minutes a night we will have the same problems we had this year, without the same firepower (sans Reinhardt and JJJ). If the freshmen and Froling are the real deals, we will be fun to watch. But with our returning guards nowhere, nowhere near Top 25.

This team was miscast but was able to use their skills to accomplish some amazing things. Katin puts things in perspective here.

We R Final Four

Thx Dr. That is so great and I love that KR made the decision and played the way he did for us. Instrumental in beating Nova.

SuddenSam

Classy KR, that's great.  Another Warrior for life!

Juan Anderson's Mixtape

Preseason I expected 9-3 in non conference, 9-9 in BE.  Needed to go 1-1 in BET to get squarely on the bubble.

So we slightly surpassed my expectations. Making the Dance and beating Nova were the obvious highlights.

The upward trajectory continues. Looking forward to both the spring and 2018 recruiting periods.

Were they chattin about the 6 turnovers?

Not. Not good. I do think next year we see the first entry to the top 25 of the Wojo Carolyn Kieger era (though probably we won't be parked there all year).

Timeline is the same, but fixed one important detail for you.

JamilJaeJamailJrJuan

I expect Wojo to land an impact grad transfer. It's the way of hoops these days. One of these times, we're going to get an absolute stud. Obviously we've had nice players in Lockett, Carlino and KR, but no complete players.

I would take the Rick SLU program right now.
