Anybody have any recommendations for a Sports Bar near Carol Stream / Wheaton to watch the game Sunday?  If I could take my 19 year old Marquette Freshman with all the better.

Take him to Fox and Hound in Glendale Heights.  Good food, and they let in under 21 year-olds during the day.
