How can marquette make the tourney

But it starts with 1. We have one week to regroup/prepare for Xavier at home, on National Marquette Day. Biggest game of the season. Chance to turn it around, before we head to Providence/St Johns...

If we can't win beat X at home, the path to 4 is less likely than winning the BE Tournament.

Probably not completely out. The bubble is still terrible. Us being bad didn't make the bubble teams good (even by comparison).

On the basis of "if the season ended today" it's hard to believe the bubble can't find 48 other teams for bids.  Imploding teams with RPIs of 73 do not make the tournament. 

On the basis of the probability of winning 4 of the next 5?   Let's be serious for a second .. MU would have to reverse course in a dramatic way for that to happen.   Far more possible that Xavier kills us twice, Prov beats us on the road, we finish our last 10 by going 3-7 or worse.

But yeah, there's a chance!

I don't think we will win more than 2 the rest of the regular season, so MU needs to get the the BET title game to have a chance.

Otherwise, we join DePaul in the distinction of being the only two Big East schools to not make the NCAA tournament at least once in the last 4 years.
