Is Georgetown the new Depaul?

Was MU the new Depaul when they went 4-14 just 2 years ago? Bad year for GT but they'll be back.

I think any GT to DePaul comparison would be looking at where DePaul was in the 1990s. It's not impossible, but Georgetown is still a long way from getting to DePaul levels of consistently bad.

If you ever though we over-exaggerate as fans, just remember Georgetown is 100x worse. Ive never seen a more bipolar fan base and thats saying something considering Im on scoop.

No.   DePaul has been bad for a generation.   Georgetown has had a couple of seasons go sideways.   If G-town stays bad for a decade, revisit the question.
