I hear the team is celebrating the win by visiting some taco trucks

I do know, Newsie is right on you knowing ball.

Marquette women are undefeated in the Trump era as well!

They just overcame a 15-point deficit to beat 19th-ranked DePaul 102-101 in overtime -- at DePaul.
Have some patience, FFS.

Who cares, it's women playing.  Nobody cares about their rights.

Totally kidding.

Great win for the girls!

Dr. Blackheart

I am all for increasing our focus on defense and for building a wall around our home court--and making our opponents pay.

LloydsLegs

The crowd was the biggest to ever see the first MU win in any new administration.  It was three times bigger than MU's first win under the previous administration.

MU is undefeated this year. The best. Not even one loss. Believe me. Any suggestion otherwise is fake news spread by the lamestream media. Sad!

Wow, that's at least as impressive as the men's win. Love to see both programs return to the NCAA tournament this year.

Let's celebrate a new golden era of MUBB by showering our teams with the praise they deserve.

Its time to put Marquette basketball number 1 again.  I say to you no more to the priviledged in Washington.

So who was the vixen of the game?

Creighton claimed to have a surefire game plan based on their scouting. Sad!

Noting the -6.5 spread, the lyin' media and the polls were WRONG!

Well, I am not sure that "vixen" is the equivalent of "stud", but let's just say the MVP of the game IMO is Danielle King.  Played all 45 minutes, scored 27 points, was 10 of 17 (3 of 5 from 3) in shooting, and had 0 turnovers.  She also scored the winning bucket.

This team is really, really good, and they are basically all freshmen and sophomores.  Carolyn is likely a shoo-in for Big East Coach of the Year.
Have some patience, FFS.

Marquette trumped the evil birds.  Hope they keep on trumping.

A few friends and I made a small batch of these before the year started! Not selling them but thought I'd post because of the topic
You absolutely need to sell these!  A UW slob friend of mine was giving me crap with that slogan.  I played nicely and agreed.  Put me down for 1 if you can get a list going.

I've been all for making Marquette great again and last night was a HUGE step in that direction! However, we need to follow that up with a win this Saturday. Home game, against an average Providence team. Anything but a W is a huge letdown after the upset for the ages. We beat PC and I'm willing to admit Wojo and crew have turned the corner.....

Just win baby!

I'm glad you are getting on board. But a home win against a bottom of the BE Providence team would be the tipping point for you?
