There is no question the blown leads and the late game collapses are hard to stomach and witness, even the wins at times are very ugly.  However, what cannot be forgotten is how extremely difficult it is to win a basketball games against high major teams.
    It is even more difficult when you have a large number of very young players on the court.  We start two freshman and a sophomore.  The only truly good teams that start two freshman and a sophomore have good senior leadership.  We do not have that whatsoever.  Jjj is a nightmare n was on the bench at winning time and fischer is an enigma at best.  So while it can be frustrating our struggles should really come as no surprise.  Hopefully we can continue to win ugly.
Im pretty certain when ghis group of Feshman n sophomores becomes those juniors and seniors we will not have the same issues.

I prefer to look at it this way. In the last 11 days, two fairly evenly matched teams met.  Last time MU found a way to lose the game. This time, they found a way to win.

Since the game has been completed I've either explained myself or heaped praise.

You are really, really bad at reading.

That is change I'd make right there. Sadly, you're gonna have to do handle that on your own.

As for the team? I'd sit guys who take horrible shots when wasting the clock. If a guy can't make free throws put another one out there that can.

I would also make a change in the 5 that are playing big moments late. If you ain't making plays, get off the court.

I would also teach these guys to know when to give the ball up. Duane should not look to be fouled when Markus is wide open next to him.

That was a huge win. I thought we were in deep trouble  by having to play OT. Big missed free throws by Hanni but we really gutted this one out. Heldt was big and Marcus ha the intensity.

Season-changer. No big men for final six minutes but Heldt was huge and Markus may the best freshman in MU history.
