Hungover Friday Real Chili is always a big day.
Assume what I say should be in teal if it doesn't pass the smell test for you.

I used to enjoy Real Chili on Friday morning, too. At 2:15 a.m.

Welcome to Marquette, Theo. You know you want to be a Warrior!

Excellent inside force with a Big East ready body, great work ethic and good student.  Looking forward to bringing Theo into the MU family.

Seems like injuries and inconsistencies have hurt him in rankings. We've been there since the beginning. Good player, good kid, but will need time in the weight room. Maybe not as polished as some of the kids ranked ahead of him at the 4/5.

Weight room isn't the issue... he's built like a man. Faisal type body.

Offense is the ?

To this day, that ball is still lodged in Mr. Davis' face
If you think for one second that I am comparing the USA to China you have bumped your hard.

Great pick, Faisal had no Offense either, but I still remember that dunk against Cinci in the tournament,  wow!  MU just needs a few rebounders!  The key I believe
is Marcus Howard.  Anybody who becomes captain of an all-star has to have a great personality, bring them home!

Not saying he isn't muscular, but he's still pretty thin. I think he'll need to add bulk to really excel in the Big East. Not at all a bad thing for a high school kid, but I think he can carry 245-250. Don't think he's there now.

The last report I saw had John listed at 210 or 215 — so it's a good sign if he's been putting on significant muscle and is up to 230.

Read that interview that has him at 230, which is definitely good progress. Mostly basing on what I saw last year. He's definitely got the frame. I think Todd Smith would be able to work wonders with him.

Read the whole interview, which is why I posted. I'd say 15-20 pounds in about a year is encouraging. From what Theo said, it doesn't sound like he's ready to commit until he learns more about the schools showing interest. And there are still a lot of schools on his list. But who knows? Wojo, the staff and players may just convince him.

Todd smith put 10 lbs on Sam Hauser over the summer, I think he could definitely turn TJ into a beast.

His list is down to five. He cut Illinois a couple weeks ago. He made officials to Purdue and Oklahoma already. He visited Cal last week, obviously visiting us now, and will visit Minnesota next week. He said in an interview last week that he would make his decision before his high school season starts, so we should know one way or the other before long, probably within a month.
