Bad choice of words?

No? Past decade doesn't include Novak, Diener or Wade anymore. I know, it was that long ago.

With Wojo's commitment to MU history,  I'm confident he's fully supporting it.I trust that the mini camp was productive as they try to integrate and develop roles.

Can only vote once.

Well then, Benny B will vote once... just like Benny A through Benny ZZ will.

Wow, I'm very concerned for Benny.  Being able to mimic Myron Medcalf's writing so closely implies an oncoming case of dementia.

DJO probably my favorite player of the past decade. Criminally underrated.
I agree with this analysis.

Dude was a baller. The team with him and Crowder as seniors had so much swagger. Expected to win every night. That was a fun season. Sigh.

Yea, that was the team that could have made a final 4 run but untimely injuries kinda derailed that. Otule, though not really an impact player, would have really helped the interior defense, the one real weakness that team had. Plus Davante wasn't 100% during the tournament either if I remember right.

It really came down to Missouri losing to Norfolk state. I have no doubt if we played that Missouri team we'd be in the elite 8 that year possibly FF.
Retire Terry Rand's jersey!

That Florida team was just a really tough matchup for us. So much length in the frontcourt and that Beal/Boynton combo was a hell of a collegiate guard tandem. After winning on the road at Murray State, that Florida game just never really felt all that close. I guess we were only a run away most of the game, but it felt like they were in control early and just never let us get quite close enough.

EDIT: Ugh...just looked back at that box score. Our starters were 14/50 from the field and 4/16 from beyond the arc. That's even worse than I remember  :-X

I was at that game. It wasn't close. Very sad. Such a great day before tip off. Ugh.

PS - DJO listed at thetournament.com as a PG. I like it.

I remember walking out of work that day having just seen the end of the Mizzou/NFSU game being on cloud nine... besides having called the upset,  I couldn't help but to think our path to the FF had just been cleared.

Then I saw Florida.  Game over, man... game over.

Alright, I'll bite. Let's have some fun with depth charts.

PG: Buycks/Acker/D Will
SG: DJO/Carlino/Chapman
SF: Jerel/Lockett
PF: Milly/Burke
C: Ox/Jackson

That's a pretty fun team. Jerel could also move over to the 2 with Lockett taking the 3 for a very good defensive lineup.

Did Carlino get added? I don't see him on the roster.

I would take the Rick SLU program right now.

I was in the opposite camp. I thought DJO could take out Marcus Denmon, Crowder was exponentially better than Riccardo Ratcliffe. If Blue could shut down English we'd be good. That Florida team scarred me because we had major issues against tall Cuse, GTown and Vandy teams. Florida was even taller than those teams.

It would seem so as #mubb lists him. Possible Tournament website a touch behind.

If I were Dan Fitz, and MU makes it that far, I'd be talking to the newest candidate for The Ringer that has emerged:

Meh. Save it for Jimmy, or Wade, or Crowder, or Lazar, or Vander.

They'd be nice, but I don't think anyone with a current NBA contract will be too keen on signing up.

You have a lot of email addresses?

if you have one Gmail address you can create a whole bunch of fake accounts...

gmail doesn't care where or if you put a "." in the email name, you will still get the email.. you could create an email address that simply is

MUSCOOPFAN@gmail.com and from there go
MU.SCOOP.FAN@gmail.com
M.U.SCOOP.FAN@gmail.com

and so on so forth

most websites will recognize the above as 3 different logins despite it all being the same account.

quite easy for Benny to create A LOT of accounts off of one email address. Not that i am encouraging or discouraging Scoop from doing that

Somebody analyze that Michigan State team.

Solid team, a little undersized besides Nix but have some players in Summers and Korie Lucious. I'm kinda surprised to see Lucious on the team. Got into some trouble at MSU and then left town for Iowa St.
