A better way of stating this might be: if Marquette has offered a player, Wojo and the recruiting staff believe he has some level of interest.

If the coaches don't think we have a shot, I see no reason to offer a scholarship — unless you subscribe to the theory that making offers to high-profile recruits is good PR (questionable if you ask me).
