Consider this:

A guy and his teammates are at a nicer bar, not on/right near campus. The guy moons his teammates and a cop sees it.

Cop takes issue with it and asks for ID.. winds up arresting the mooner.

For whatever reason, when the story initially broke I had visions (nh) of him throwing out his dong on the bar and telling chicks, "check my wang."

The real facts strike me as fairly tame.

now that kind of display, would probably be frowned upon-heyheyhyen'a?  not the most hygienic and probably be a violation of the health code, but on the bright side, he catch some interest from those that dig that sort of...stuff
