Forgot how bizarre that was. Still have no idea how riding an ATV wearing a karate gi has anything to do with college basketball. Why not kick a field goal the length of the court? Or wrestle a gorilla? Or enter the arena on a zip line?

Loved Crean's teams and I'll remember the Final Four season forever. But he really did act like a used-car salesman.

It's an IU tradition...I think Bob Knight won one conference tournament game....the school has never won the BIG ten tournament, only made the final one time.

The Big Tweleventeen didn't start a conference tournament until 1998, and Knights last year at Indiana was 2000, so he didn't exactly have a lot of opportunities.

And such BS. Make your free throws and you win? IU made 81% of their free throws (17-21) and lost by 3. If they make 90.5% (19-21) they still lose. 95% (20-21) gets them to overtime. 100% (21-21) and they win by 1. So yeah, they lost because they couldn't shoot free throws. LOL

Understood, and even in those opportunities IU didn't fair well.  IU has never done well in the BTT tournament.
