Will be close to a packed house for #1 at home, regardless of whether they lose Wednesday to X this is storm worthy in my book. It's been years since we had a good storm at the BC, at least 10 if memory serves me. Cincy in 03?

I generally think storming is overdone...but we've been down for a couple years and Nova is a legit #1.

We got this.

If Marquette wins storm the court.  You will never forget or regret it.

This would be a perfect week...we beat creighton,  nova beats xavier,  we beat nova. Not only would we win against an undisputed #1 ...we would be 8-8 and hope would be there for the tourney.

Queue the naysayers:
We will lose to creighton...we will get creamed by nova.  Real brave stuff.

I think we go 0-2 this week but I do think that we will give Nova a run on Saturday.

+100. Beating #1 is not overdone--in fact rarely done especially by an unranked team.
Embrace it.

I'll be there. First since the Wisco game last season. Real pumped. Sitting 1st row top cheese, but he'll, if we're in it with 5 to go, I'm standing in the aisles in the lower bowl.
I would take the Rick SLU program right now.

When was the last time we played #1 in Milwaukee?  Was it Depaul 30 years ago?

Questions

We played and beat #2 Uconn in Milwaukee in 2006.  Was this the last time we played number 2?

We played and beat #1 was Kentucky in 2003 E8.  Was the last time we played #1?

Is this correct?

Wisconsin was #2 last year when they beat us at the BC.

Not sure we have played a #1 since then...?

*Side note,Wisconsin will always be a #2 in my book...

Will be sitting in the rafters for Nova, but I'll find something to storm if MU wins.

I truly hope for the sake of MU and Big East profile, that Nova gets the overall no 1 seed in the NCAAs. ...with its only remaining losses to us, of course

If 'Nova drops two to us, that would probably cost them the overall #1 seed (especially after we embarrass them in the BET).

I like your thinking.  Beating them twice on boosts our ncaa seeding!   8-)

If we win , me and Newsie will be rappelling on to the court from the U-line suite.
