Yep, great series and rivalry.  Two years ago our personal road trip to Hinkle was particularly painful.  An overly optimistic Chick essentially calls 'dagger' at the 16 minute mark.  I remind her that there 'lots of basketball yet to be played'.  We know how that finished.

As expected, #Butler point guard Tyler Lewis still out with concussion. He will not play tomorrow at Marquette.

Granted, I haven't seem Lewis play in Butler's system, but just how big of a loss is this for them? He averages just over 7 points with 3.7 assists (Carter averages 4.4 for context). Those numbers don't exactly jump out at you. I wonder what his +/- is. Too lazy to look it up.

Id say it's big. Hes the only true point in the team. Despite having one of the fastest paced teams in the country, he only has .9 tos a game abd leads three BEast in a/to ratio and to rate for PGs. He is the calm that keeps butler in control.

But one less ball handler...what about a real press? We turn others over well...perhaps some butler players will handle more than theyre comfortable...make it more uncomfortable?

That was my thought.  Not great stats, but one less guy in the rotation - a key ball handler, no less - makes me think it might be worth a try to up the pace.

I'm sure Wojo is very reluctant to press. The 1,2, and 3 positions are fine (Quick, but not super quick. And not very long). And despite Hanks length, he's not quick enough to press. Also, a broken press leaves Luke vulnerable, and his proclivity to foul would be more exposed. Personally, I think they have had good results this year with the zone - when they do a good job of boxing out.
