Hank needs to get the ball while he's moving and able to put it on the deck and get his defender off balance.  When he catches it standing still (whether with his back to the basket or facing up) he's too hesitant and unsure of what to do with the ball.  When he catches it coming off of a screen or off of a role or bringing it up in transition there are very few, if any, defenders in the country who can stop him with his combination of size, ball handling, and touch.

Henry is a great prospect.  Yet to say few, if any defenders can stop him seems a little optimistic.  Henry seems best when he DOES'T put it on the deck, as he rarely is explosive or quick enough to beat his defender off the dribble.  Best doing face up jumpers from high post or short corner.

I don't think you understood my post.

Get him the ball ON THE MOVE.  Yes, when he catches it stationary and tries to put it on the deck he is bad.  But when he catches it on the move (or brings it up off of a rebound) very few players can stop him.
