Before posts about dead arena
« on: December 27, 2015, 12:22:22 PM »
It's December 27th. Marquette is playing Presbyterian in the middle of NFL Sunday. All of the students are gone save the ones who live in Milwaukee. It's going to be dead, there will be like 30 people in the student section. This happens every year, please don't make posts about horrible fans/students/the team is dying because no one is at this game.

Thanks.

There was a sizeable crowd at Real Chili before the game.  Stopped in with the family while passing through town.

Can't expect the fellas to play with any energy when their own peers won't show up to support. Thanks a lot, students.
Thanks for ruining summer, Canada.

Given the lack of energy today I have to think that the players feel betrayed by the students.

The students should be recruited-over. Admittance is renewed on a yearly basis, after all.

Here is a great idea: Let's ring the court with the 4000 student tickets.

Assume what I say should be in teal if it doesn't pass the smell test for you.

No can do.  Just because no one is in them doesn't mean that those empty seats haven't been sold.
You actually have a degree from Marquette?

No...and after reading many many psosts from people on this board that do...I have to say I'm MUCH better off, if this is the type of "intelligence" a degree from MU gets you. It sure is on full display I will say that.
