Eight months ago Bucky was leading the National Championship game with a few minutes to go.

Not they lost their coach, lost to UWM, lost to MU and have Green Bay tomorrow night.

In eight months they went from almost winning it all to the third best team in the state of WI.  If they lost tomorrow night, the fourth best team in the state ... and last among the D1 schools.

Question ... given all this do you think the good will Bucky gained WITH RECRUITS is now gone?  Do kids think this is a new, and worse, era for Bucky?  Or are recruits just as excited about them as they were eight months ago?

I still don't know if recruits were ever excited about UW...

Hard to replace 2 first round NBA draft picks. They won't be final four material any time soon but they will be fine. As long guys like Happ and King don't decommitt or transfer they should be fine with talent. UW is still a great sports school and Wisconsin as a state has been producing a ton of talent. If you are the type that loves their current state, enjoy it while you can. I actually don't mind UW since they are non-conference and we usually win most of the recruiting battles. Makes for a better match-up once a year when they are good.
