1. ACC
2. Big 12
3-5. Big East, Big Ten, SEC

The downside is we don't have an elite team but we only have a couple dumpster teams and a bunch of good to really good teams.

Top to bottom, I think the Big 12 is still the best. As far as national title contenders, it's the ACC, but they have too much crap to be a best overall conference. I'd rank us #2.

Are there any good RPI sites that update quickly and are free? I can only find realtimerpi and they update sparingly

RPIForecast.com updates daily and has the RPI Wizard tool that allows you to project RPI based on those daily changes.

I think the PAC-12 is much better than the SEC this year.  For my money. PAC-12 belongs in the conversation of the 3-5 group.

I honestly think Xavier is elite. Nova is either elite or just on the cusp of it.
