One thing I'll be watching for tonight across the board in college bball is how the shorter shot clock seems to effect the game.  I'm assuming there will be a little adjustment..... or maybe the adjustment will just be on our end.... or maybe nobody will notice anything at all after a game or two.

I kinda agree with the last part of your post.

I don't think the new shot clock will have nearly as much impact as calling all the touch fouls.

After watching the 15 min rule change video, I have to agree that the touch fouls will have more of an impact. They are basically trying to make it a more offensive game (much like the NFL) and need shooters to have their space to get it.

Dropping 5 secs per possession won't help poor shooter when they have to rush.

Man, I completely forgot about the shot clock change.  Now I will most certainly notice

When there is a foul called every 15-20 seconds, who cares about a 30 second shot clock?
