I found it interesting when asked about leaders that Wojo said they are going to lead on the guys with the most experience and then listed D Wilson and Luke as those two leaders. He didn't name JJJ as a leader, the only one with 3 years of playing experience.

But in all seriousness JJJ doesn't seem to be the leader type.  Also hard to lead as a role player.
