I think the 2003 Final Four run uniforms were really nice. Simple is oftentimes better. Those were fairly simple.

So simple it was a jersey-by-numbers template. You may recognize it still in use in Durham.

I think chick said like a year ago that there were some plans for the 100 year anniversary for marquette basketball.

I know I've been pointing it out for a while.

No inside info, but it'd be a massive marketing opportunity wasted.

I know there were tweets from the coaching staff about meetings with Nike/Jordan over the summer.  Nothing announced for this year, obviously, so that would seem to imply something on the horizon.

Based on the current practice jerseys and Coach Wojo's personal style, I'm afraid anything new might be a return to DULLSVILLE.

You could make the argument that the practice jerseys are exciting as hell, since all you really need to put on them is the number on front and back.

Just my opinion, but putting only a number on front and back would probably look better than those practice jerseys.
