It won't be all that long before some of these these companies will have their own mini-nuclear plants to provide what they need. Their electrical needs are not just growing - they are growing exponentially.

Not necessarily - although it may happen over security concerns with the largest ones. It also makes sense from a temperature regulation standpoint to build underground in Limestone caverns.
