Not sure if anyone saw this from Gottlieb's chat on Tuesday, but thought it was somewhat funny.

I don't get it.  Is he just a glutton for punishment?  Why doesn't he just not post these questions?  I remember him letting a few of them get into his chats last year too.  The whole thing happened a long time ago, why keep bringing it up?  I for one would never have know about it if he hadn't mentioned it himself in a chat / article a few years ago. 

ps. also like the typo when he's ripping Mike for not being as successful as he is...

Gottlieb is the biggest loser in all of sports broadcasting.  And that's saying a lot.

I also remember the same thing happening last year.  I can't believe that someone at ESPN hasn't reprimanded him for this.  I do usually like him as an analyst though as he doesn't always suck up to the coaches, although sometimes I think he says stuff just to be bold.

I would say to Mr. Gottlieb that he really "payed" (proper spelling paid) for it too.  Had he stayed at ND he might have actually been taught how to spell elementary words.  What a moron.  I can't believe anyone gives this guy a check.

Those who believe ND does not bend their admissions policies for athletes owe it to themselves to read his chat transcripts. I find it hard to believe that he would have scored higher than 400 on the verbal portion of the SATs. Maybe he's a math whiz, but I kind of doubt it.

Nobody shows up to to the chats with Gottlieb because he's a moron. They have a very limited pool of questions to pick from, and questions submitted about basketball are in the minority.
