We used to bring a JAG in to talk to the squadron as part of our pre-deployment planning. They were there to sort out wills and powers of attorney. Invariably, having a JAG on stage encouraged a lot of young airmen to ask legal questions, almost always couched in terms of concern for a "friend." It was so bloody transparent that as soon as the airman started with, "I have this friend..." the hangar would erupt in laughter.

The daughter has the issues not Jerry.  A friend used Kim and levoy (sp?) to get him out of an issue which took place in Pt. Washington and prosecutor wanted to make a bigger deal out of it than it was.  He was pleased with the representation.

Not even sure if Gerry is practicing yet. I pm' day but mike steinle and his family were best friends with Gerry Boyle. His bro Rollie is a good ole conservative judge down in the Phoenix area- superior court judge maricopa co.  An MU grad as well as the rest of his family except mike- that's a whole different story- mike has had the last laugh though
