Following the kid 24/7?  Are you intentionally being this obtuse or do you really not understand Twitter?

I mean, it's like he thinks Twitter is some sort of NSA program that tracks a kid's every move and capture his every thought.

Unless Tweets are protected, its a public forum.  It isn't creepy to follow a kid who is making public announcements.  (Now I don't do it because outside of saying "Hey, I'm coming to MU!", I don't really care what they say...)

What if i "follow" a source at ESPN or one of a dozen recruiting websites. And those "news sources" retweet or originally tweet information about a recruit?
