While on suspension, he is clearly violating the terms of his probation.  I liken to a player getting suspended.  Most who get suspended, does he/she needs to get back in the good graces of the coaches (here the mods), is allowed to rejoin the team.  Clearly, he has not and will not learn to be a team Scoop player, and the only answer is pulling his scholarship permanently.

i fully understand rocky-my comment above was made in jest.  my intent with the original topic post was not to generate controversy, however, if i were a betting man...i really wanted to see if we could behave ourselves as the topic is/was quite provocative
