But seriously, they need to be destroyed. We need this game a lot. Need to hold serve at home during conference as our attempts to steal 'em on the road has not gone well.
Assume what I say should be in teal if it doesn't pass the smell test for you.

Last year, rowdy drunk Creighton fans in my section were troublesome enough to have security call MPD into the stands. The ones that visit Scoop seem alright, but we need to beat the Jays to silence those obnoxious d-bags.

Although, worst fans of the week will still go to the Tulsa fans last night that yelled to UConn fans "you're girls team can win championships, what have you guys done?"

I was at the game last year and didn't see any obnoxious CU fans, but I'll take your word for it. Every school has 'em, and Creighton is no exception. 90% are good folks, but the 10% d-bags ruin it for us all.

They were awful last year. Someone by the student section gave the two bird salute to us. Cant stand their fans. Almost on the same level as Louisville.

I hated how well Louisville fans traveled to the BC, we used to be surrounded by 2-3 sections of all Louisville fans up in the 400 sections, really hated when one would stand up and lead the C-A-R-D-S cheer. I have read how ACC fans are now learning the same thing.

Still haunted by that cheer from the Big East volleyball championship game. Although those fans were real quiet at the BC back in 2011-12 when we erased a 14 point deficit to win by like 18. That was a fun game.

Might have been the same guys, my seats last season were in 425 next to the student section.

Nah, this was lower level. There was also someone who told us to "sit the f**k down" after we made a mini run and were cheering and then McFlopper hit a dagger 3.

Notwithstanding last year's assortment of bags from CU, the fan base is generally pretty cool. If anything, we're not rowdy enough. The Century Link Center has never been accused of being the most raucous home court advantage.

Hope you guys get a chance to check out Omaha when MU plays down here. Good hotels/bars/downtown scene that is within walking distance of the arena and only 5 minutes from the airport.

Hoping for a fun, well-played game tonight. It's so easy to take for granted, but for many years Creighton fans yearned to be in a league like this or at the very least get a game with Marquette on the schedule. Now that the Big East is a reality for us, and even though we are pretty crappy, it's still an absolute dream scenario for a Jays fan.

Best of luck to you guys tonight.
