Man, Benny should be King of Scoop for a month after this.  This is some pretty damn impressive work.

I wrote him a strongly worded email, and this is what I got back. What a doucher.

"Thanks for the page views. Only helps me in the long run! As far as your issues with my writing, well, your displaying a lot of classic traits of the typical MU fan. You can't take any criticism at all, and you act like it's still the 70's. It's not the 70's, my friend. Its is the 20th century! MU is a really nice mid-major program. Occasionally, theyll get some good players and make a run at a tournament bid, and that's great. But, they are never going to be able to compete with the large conferences. I'm sorry, they just don't have the budget for it. MU doesn't have the money or the infrastructure to compete with the major schools. Anyways, thanks again for the read, and good luck to MU this season."

I did initially....actually had to check twitter to confirm it was actually happening...and it was amazing

What was incredible about this was there are MU fans who aren't on Scoop(shocking right) who picked up on Myron and started going after him as well....and they never saw the troll from Benny!!  Plus I had none MU fans but sports fanatics emailing me about why MU was so enraged at Myron who then told others how awesome it was that Myron got outed.  I think this is but a drop of water in a pond, but it boggles my mind how far this got and how many people got caught up in it.

If only we could harness Benny's powers for good instead of evil.

Paint Touches got fooled by Benny's article and took to bashing Myron on Twitter. Some others jumped in on that bandwagon. After the realization that Benny fooled them, people apologized, but Myron reiterated his previously-held belief that Marquette is not a great job.

That was when I jumped on him. He has a long history of making inflammatory or outright stupid statements, which makes him a pretty easy target. Him getting really defensive made it easier. But he wasn't defending what Benny wrote, only defending his past negative statements about Marquette.
