Lighthouse 84

Props to Real Chili 83!

1.  Luke
2.  Du. But 9-17 from the line?
3.  JjJ
4.  Juan

Any other game, it could have been any of them. JjJ and Juan could be flip flopped. But tonight, it's the traditional from Germantown. He was very good and made others better.

Go Warriors!

6. Hagerty's.

My opinion is Luke, but if it were to go to Duane or JJJ I wouldn't fuss.

1.  The big Fisch
2. The energizer Duany
3.  Need to hit a JJJ cuz he sure did everything else.

Luke.  JJJ and Duane had great games, but the difference for this team when Luke was in versus out was crazy.  19/9 and extremely efficient gets him the SOTG.

Luke all the way.

LA

1. Luke (5 blocks is HUGE)
2. JJ (Shot the ball well, great in transition, 3 steals)
3. Duane (Would be #2 if not for the bad day at the line)
4. Juan (love the effort and assists)

Luke.

Honorable mention to Juan for a monster 1st half.

Let's get JJJ some goggles that makes every team look like ASU to him.
If you think for one second that I am comparing the USA to China you have bumped your hard.

TAMU, Knower of Ball

I do know, Newsie is right on you knowing ball.

Wojo'sMojo

Luke for sure. Great game from JJJ too, hopefully this game can bring some confidence and he brings it like this the rest of the year.

Juan Anderson's Mixtape

#17
1. Luke
2. JJJ
3. Duane-- would have been 2 if he made 3 or 4 more FT

I am not sure the SOTG list grows much beyond the ones already listed plus Luke. Maybe Juan sneaks one in.

NersEllenson

Luke

Great when you have 4 legit candidates as Luke, JJJ, Juan and Duane all had very nice games.  And Wojo deserves some props too.
"I'm not sure Cadougan would fix the problems on this team. I'm not even convinced he would be better for this team than DeWil is."

1.  Duane Wilson - It's easy to give this to Luke for obvious reasons, BUT Duane's the best player on the floor and if he makes his FT's at his usual rate it's not even close.  He was the catalyst.

1a.  Luke Fischer - Great positioning defending the rim.  Most young (and really all) big guys get their upper bodies to the spot first.  Fischer was outstanding at getting his feet there first so he could alter shots without fouling.

1b.  Jujuan Johnson - It's too bad he hasn't played this way for the last 7 games or this team wins at least one more against MSU, UW, or OSU.

2.  Juan Anderson - Seven assists and his energy set the tone from the opening tip.

Luke is a difference maker.  He changes the team in the best way.

I agree, but I think where he will struggle is with the athletic 6'8" to 6'9" guys from the likes of Villanova, St. John's and Georgetown.
