getting the Marquette roster some national views

As an fyi, featured the Marquette roster on the Breitbart Sports piece in response to some questions I'd received on how to use the www.valueaddbasketball.com database. I don't get tracking info on how many of the sites readers reach each sports piece, but we are now up to the 6th biggest conservative blog (http://rightwingnews.com/special/the-top-100-conservative-websites-of-2014/) as a whole, and the advertisers say we have 10.5 million unique visitors each month. I do also send these to most of the Sports Information Directors and many sports writers and NBA execs via email. My most recent email was opened by 4,746, so hopefully doing my little part to keep Marquette out there.

Not as many as shared the Fox Sports piece on my top 10 ratings (1300 Facebook Shares), so wish they had written that piece a couple of years ago when I had Jae Crowder ranked 2nd in the country (though waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaayyyyyyyyyyyyyyy behind the No. 1, Anthony Davis). Maybe Utah has a bigger fan base than us - or just maybe Fox Sports gets a few more reads than Breitbart Sports.

And while I know we have a few Cracked Sidewalks critics out there, I will always be grateful because that was the only way Sports Illustrated, ESPN and everyone else discovered me and Value Add - just sorry that I had to write 700 stories for Breitbart Sports in 2013 and dropped off the Cracked Sidewalk map!
