Carlinos gotta be 1-100 from 3 point land...

A few people mentioned this when he was considering coming to MU.  He can be a chucker and that has followed him at every step.  Talented player, but can play outside a system and unload shots that aren't necessary.  Hopefully that isn't happening with any regularity this year because it isn't good for team chemistry.

I just love how against Ohio St. I criticized Wojo's defense and was chastised for it.  Now those same people are calling for Wojo's head.  My oh my ...... how weak is the horde's mentality?

Shut the unnatural carnal knowledge up.

Losing sucks, but this is work in progress. Little was left for Wojo to work with and things will get better.

Or mad at buzz for leaving a bare cupboard.

I don't know if I am upset about this or just embarrassed for them.

Hope this gets better.  Taylor with 2 points, JJJ with zip, get out rebounded badly, again shoot 20 something from three.  All at home.  ugh....

I mean, it has to get better, right? Can it get much worse than getting completely worked over by Nebraska-Omaha at home?

Today reeks of mid-major. How we played, who we lost to, and how the game could (not) be viewed on television.

TV issue is a nonstarter.  Can't control the weather and a P5 college basketball game would have been shifted as well. It's all about football dollars and ratings.  Fox made the right business decision and would have done the same thing for a P5 basketball game which also will not outdraw a football game.

Also not even a glimpse of JJJ in the 2nd half.

You should be used to this Chitown Juan.  The Bears defense is equally as bad.

I would rather have bare cupboard and no Buzz. If we suck a year from now I will start to get worried.

This may be true, but nonetheless adds to the overall vibe of the day.  I can't remember the last time I could not find a way to watch the game at all...

Question when's the last time you've seen a light that isn't your mother's basement?

Their two guards combined for 51 pts on 14/25 shooting.

I saw the light in your mother's eyes when I invited her over for crumb cake and coffee.  She was just as porous as MU's defense, but ran a great press for the first quarter.

Most disappointing stat of the game is Omaha's 5-11 point guard gets 8 boards and only Juan Anderson had a better rebounding game.  Taylor, Burton?  Not really getting it done on the boards.

Not good.   >:(

Happened last couple of years with other major programs.  Part of television life with so many games scheduled and if weather messes things up not much one can do.
