“All men dream; but not equally. Those who dream by night in the dusty recesses of their minds wake in the day to find that it was vanity; but the dreamers of the day are dangerous men, for they may act out their dreams with open eyes, to make it possible.” - T.E. Lawrence

Agreed but right now it's just kinda fun watching the guys go out.

We know with lack of depth and size it's going to be a tough year. Just hoping everyone can better.

It is fun watching them just play.   They look young, energetic, a tad undisciplined on offense, attacking on defense.   I am enjoying everything but the half court offense.   Well, and the lack of size and depth.   But waddaya gonna do?

Soooo, what's everyone drinking tonight?

Jefferson's Reserve here.

The Balvenie over two ice cubes. It's cold out there, you know.

Did Derrick really take all those shots over the summer? He still looks like someone you don't have to guard at all.

It is going to be a year for everyone to learn and get better.    About the process and not the outcome.

Well it certainly didn't help his ft shooting

AZWarrior

I never read that he took lots of shots under a shooting coach's supervision, or totally on his own.  I'd like to think a coach identified flaws in his shot, and DW spent all that time grooving a more fundamentally correct form.

If he just shot lots and lots of shots with his pre-existing form however, it was just a waste of time and opportunity.

But I'm confident it was the former.   :)
All this talk of rights.  So little talk of responsibilities.

I'm afraid I'll already be sick of our new commercial by the end of the month.  Unless it's always followed by Alex Morgan - that's just smart placement.

I thought that Diener wasn't allowed to coach.   Or is that just in practice?

I'm actually starting to believe Juan may contribute this year

PGsHeroes32

A D3 team and Tennessee Martin are obviously not the cream of the crop

But man I hope this is a sign of a Senior Juan!!!

We now know that Miles Taylor is no relation to Steve Taylor.  Does not need to be said again.  Buzz held JJJ back.
