Personally, I think it's hysterical.  Obviously brandishing weapons is not a good thing, but I think this is potentially one of those pranks that takes on a life of it's own.  Supposedly it started as an art project and now there are copy-clowns doing it.  Good scare  :)

Thought this was gonna be about our politicians. Isn't there a real phobia about clowns that some people suffer from?
