If Burton wants to get into the Association, it will have to be as a 2 guard. Part of the reason I wouldn't mind seeing him as a two. He's got the slashing ability of a two, if his 50% 3P shooting (on 8 shots) was indication of a future perimeter game, he could do just fine.

Butler played 3/4 in college and is managing fine as a 2 in the pros

I agree.  I also believe Duane will be a much better shooter than most think.  I thought he was a high percentage shooter from the arc in H.S.  Someone may have the stats on this.

He played my high school 4 times in 3 years. He was outstanding from the arc. He'd steal the ball and be dunking one possession and then he'd step back and drain an NBA range three on the next. I think he will be an amazing player.

I was not listing my preferred starter first.   I just typed up each position as it came to mind.

And Dawson was the first point guard to come into your mind.  NERS GOT TO YOU SOMEHOW, you need to be deprogrammed!

You actually have a degree from Marquette?

No...and after reading many many psosts from people on this board that do...I have to say I'm MUCH better off, if this is the type of "intelligence" a degree from MU gets you. It sure is on full display I will say that.
