- UVS played well, have some veterans and great coach.  Knows what he's doing.  Glad we had a game like this  winning by a bunch doesn't help MU get ready for 3 game sin 3 days.  Better to get this experience.

- Need to do better at fundamentals, need to get some situation work done, and need to get film study done for the teams that will be in Maui.  Spend time on Wed with video.

- Cubillan sets the tone with energy starting the 2nd half.  Team needs to look for next pass - got too concerned with driving into traffic.

- Burke had a high in points before first TV timeout.  He's improving and on a mission to prove his worth as a BE player.  Playing with confidence.  Thinks he had a steal that the stat sheet didn't give him.  He's starting to understand his roll, and he's the beneficiary of being in the right place, and he's playing to prove a point.  TC has been pounding on him, and he's proving he can do it.

- Want Lazar to rebound more.  But he's driving better to score - not just to get fouled.

The play-by-play, box score, and individual stats are buried in the Gametracker.  Follow the link, and then click "play by play", "team/player stats", etc in the top left.

Also want to thank the 39 people that joined the chat tonight - entertaining as usual :)

Bilas on ESPN:
> Marquette struggled on O in first half again.  McNeal 2-12 in the opening 20.
> MU strong defensively

thanks Rocky, good lookin' out.

Lazar's block on that one dude was niiice.  Nice to see him finally playing consistently big and confident.  He's quite a force to reckon with when he's on.
