Apparently, after less than eight months on the job we will have all the information we need to label Wojo's recruiting ability.

We'll know after 8 games if he can coach... or at least some people will pretend they do.

Coaching with no big man will really tell how good a coach he will be, but really a different team with Fisher added to the roster.

Yes and no. Impressive? Yes. Does it mean Wojo is a great coach? No.

It's just sample size.

Even if MU starts the season 15-0, it doesn't mean Wojo is a great college coach.

It's the fundamental problem with fans. They react far too quickly and fail to see the big picture. Give Wojo a few seasons at least (GASP, maybe even 5!) and then we will have enough data to see if he's the real deal.

Think we need to let Luke fit in as he can.  Hard to fit in to an existing rotation in a new system after missing 10 or so  actual games after having sat out a year and after having been hampered by shoulder injury prior to sitting out that year.

5 seasons? That's funny.

We here (and fans on every Internet fan site everywhere) would have fired Coach K 3 years into his time at Duke. Or maybe even 2.

It would have been:

"Can't coach, can't recruit, can't make the tournament, small-timer who did nothing special at Army, Bobby Knight wannabe ... and I hate that nasal voice of his! I see no hope. Best to cut him loose now and hire a real coach."
"It's not how white men fight." - Tucker Carlson

"Guard against the impostures of pretended patriotism." - George Washington

"In a time of deceit, telling the truth is a revolutionary act." - George Orwell

Can't even imagine the reaction here if we hired a coach from Belmont Abbey.

Al would have been fried rice here, everybody would say go back and tend bar in New York, until they saw George Thompson play then Dean.  One recruit started the ball rolling.  Having a super
center in Wisconsin really helped. Lucas showed he could recruit outside of Milwaukee, Chicago and NY. To bad Al did not live in this time now, the money we would have made would have been
Calipari money and never would have left MU.

The State of Israel is a beacon of democracy in a sea of tyranny

In all seriousness, though, the images of young Jewish women armed, confident, and ready is a tremendous statement. These are people who have been victimized for millennia and remain surrounded by zealots who will kill themselves to destroy the Jewish culture. They have a saying: Never Again! Personally, I stand with them.

You post more off topic stuff than Mr Hayward ever did, and at least he could stay away from politics. Try to stop derailing threads, or keep it in the superbar.

Fans looking at Coach K in his 3rd year would have seen a starting lineup that included promising freshmen Johnny Dawkins, David Henderson, Mark Alarie, and Jay Bilas and realize that the rebuilding is taking hold and rightly be optimistic for the seasons to come.

Keefe,

I will condone the pretty women posting, but not the constant off-topic, non-Supahbah drivel!
