What if the stars aligned and Milwaukee was blessed with the following statement by Lebron James

"I feel like taking my talents to Bradford Beach" 

How quick would that stadium be built if that happened?

Had that thought the moment the sale was announced. If you want a stadium built, pay whatever is necessary to sign LeBron as an investment in your future. You'd be instant contenders, and the Buck s would instantly be relevant again.

Peoples love of a local team is almost exclusively based on whether that team is winning.   Ask the conservative base of Utah if they would finance a new stadium in 1995 and Im sure that would pass super quick!!     Ask them know and they probably would tell you to piss off
