Enjoying Derrick's blog.

Gotta think the yoga must be something that Duke's team does that Wojo wants to continue with his new team.

Galway Eagle

Phil Jackson used to make the bulls and lakers do stuff like that so if he's able to get similar results I'll be ecstatic
Retire Terry Rand's jersey!

Nice blog by Derrick.  And glad to hear team is doing Yoga....its a great mind, body workout...and as he says...surprisingly difficult.  Will help them further build their strength, stamina, and agility/balance.

Last thought, looking at that team picture...maybe a little bit of a stretch....but all the guys on the team look really happy.  Can't say the same feeling came out of team pictures I saw last year from workouts, boot camp, pre-season, etc.

Think the coaching change and different approach have been invigorating for the guys.  Hopefully it translates to the court (which I think it will.)
"I'm not sure Cadougan would fix the problems on this team. I'm not even convinced he would be better for this team than DeWil is."

Not to mention the Alpha Dog position is up for grabs.
Absent is the grizzly veteran who can shake a finger at his teammates.
Everybody is going to have to proverbially set it up.
