No idea why I thought of him, but I was curious why would always shout "Diego Sucks" when the guy would literally light us up game after game.

Ex UNC-Charlotte, early in Bobby Lutz's tenure, late 90's, early 00's?  
If that's him, just recall he had a cocky swagger about him.  And he wasn't as good as he thought he was.   That's probably why he got ripped by fans.  I don't think he was very popular anywhere on the road

Did he light us up?  I don't remember him going off on us, but that was many years ago now.

Charlotte, that's one team I hated.  Nothing wrong with losing a tough battle to Cinci but UNCC.  No thanks.  The Fightin' Bobby Lutz's, glad they're someone else problem.

They were kind of like St. John's is now.  Pretty good and certainly capable of beating you...but still, if you beat them, it's no big deal because everyone "expects" you to win.  But if you lose to them, people start thinking you aren't that good.

1000 percent - two teams you know are tough win and cant figure out why they dont perform better overall - yet definitely had some players you wished you had
