Nor are they showing up in mock drafts, so I guess its not a surprise.
You actually have a degree from Marquette?

No...and after reading many many psosts from people on this board that do...I have to say I'm MUCH better off, if this is the type of "intelligence" a degree from MU gets you. It sure is on full display I will say that.

Jamil has a 1% chance of playing in the NBA. Davante has a 0.3% chance.

Of course I might be wrong ... I might be overstating their cases!

The LAC had a 1% chance of winning yesterday when they were down 16 points in the 4th quarter.  I like Jamil's chances.

Wes/Bert NBA, Lazar/Bert NBA, Dwight/Bert NBA, JFB/Bert NBA, DJO/Bert NBA, Jae/Bert NBA, Vander/Bert NBA.

Jamil/Bert no NBA. Yeah, probably Bert's fault.

And I'm sure Davante was ever an NBA talent.

Hate him or hate him even more, Buzz has a pretty good track record of producing NBA players. A year ago at this time, we were touting him for it. Rip Buzz for every reason he deserves it, but failing to develop NBA players wouldn't seem to be high on the list.

How about Jake and Otule????

Jake was already working out with the Bucks, so he probably figures he doesn't need to go to the combine.

Isn't Otule going to be a senior this year?

Wes: Crean's guy. Don't think Lazar, Dwight, DJO and Vander get more than a cup of java, so don't get a woody out of it.

Lazar was on an NBA roster for three full seasons.  That is more than a "cup of java."

That's not what Wes says, but I'm not surprised you'd think that you know better than him.

Seem to recall Wes thanking Buzz for unleashing him.

Dwight Buycks made $700,000 this season. That's a lot of coffee.  Even in Canada.

So ridiculous the way you bash guys for being "slurpers" when you are exactly the same way.  Blind discounting of anything he ever did is just as stupid as never admitting he made a mistakes.  It's not like lazar and Dwight had ten day contracts.

I forgot to use teal..or light teal as there's some truth to it.

The fact that Buzz recruited and landed players like Jae and Jimmy (heck, even, Buycks) in the League gives him street cred.

I acknowledge what he has done (and the training staff) with DG.
But the fact that he didn't get Jamil to progress is beyond me.
I know the player carries most of the burden, but it's the coach that helps the player get there.

The guys Buzz helped get into the NBA were all longshots. Hate him if you want, but his record for putting unlikely players in the Association is remarkable. Maybe Jamil wasn't good enough (that's what I think), maybe he didn't want it enough, maybe a little of both. But it's on him, not his coach.

That's partly because he was drafted in the first round and was guaranteed a few years. After he was waived he never signed a contract longer than a ten day fill in contract.

Still not bad for a guy his size.

Super-duper senior, actually.  But it's OK, as he still has another two years of eligibility in front of him.

Keep slurping Big Guy. Keep bashing when you do not agree. There is no "blind discounting" when it comes to the phony BSer, who obviously has you convinced. Now, that is "stupid". I give the phony cowboy credit for Jimmy and Jae, and Jae's time may be limited. Wes was Crean's guy. The rest of those guys have hardly played. Lazar got a 3 year guarantee, but hardly played. Is he still in the league? Hell, if you are deefnding El Buzzo for that, you should rave about Crean; Wade, Wes, Diener, Novak. If Buzz was so great, how come he was run out?
And going by your logic, De. Wilson should be an NBA lock because he is Buzz's avowed elite gamechanger, and Buzz sure as hell developed him-right?
There, I hope I made your day, giving Buzz his due credit. Yes, I am thanking him for three straight good runs in the dance, but I will give more credit to the players that made it happen. And BTW, he also gets credit for all his phony BS, his Buzzspeak, and this past abysmal season. In Buzz, we trust!!!!!!!
