Sure, Mark Miller is making this prediction but, more importantly, does Patrick Reed approve?

Hope the weather cooperates and the coeds show him that Spring is bustin' out all over.

Too bad it isn't on Thursday, my dog will be on campus as one of the therapy dogs who comes right before finals to get the kids to de-stress.If Heldt met the Max dog MU would have no problem landing him.

There was a black lab with a white spot on his neck named Landy. Dog was ubiquitous around campus. Fortunately, his master was graduated before Landwermeyer had his issues.

Looks like 41 degrees and foggy. Good thing Matt is from Neenah, so he's knows all about Wisconsin's lovely spring weather.

I need to be filled in on the Patrick Reed jokes

Jokes? Patrick Reed is no joke, my friend.

I mentioned earlier on that Matt Heldt is for real. Had a great game against Stevens Point (Trevor Anderson and Matt Hauser). Saw that game. Can shoot and every game he played this year, He improved. I like the
way you call some of these dudes tradionals. Hell Henry Ellenson and Matt Heldt will be good for me over Diamond Stone.  I admit Stone is tops but these two arebarely a notch below him. No flash on the court,
but Ellenson and Heldt are money in the bank. Smart, good basketball skills

You sound like a real scout ;D

Too say that Stone is just barely better than Heldt? You should ban yourself to save future embarassment

Wojo offered Heldt today

You actually have a degree from Marquette?

Quote from: muguru
No...and after reading many many psosts from people on this board that do...I have to say I'm MUCH better off, if this is the type of "intelligence" a degree from MU gets you. It sure is on full display I will say that.

MikeDeanesDarkGlasses

6-10, 210 lbs and NIU, UWGB, UWM, and the basketball powerhouse Toledo are recruiting him.  The stench of Mike Deane's recruiting "prowess" grows stronger with Wojo.

Tell yourself whatever you have to to make yourself happy.  No need to share it, though.

Schools that are recruiting him from before his junior year don't mean much. If these are the only schools still recruiting him AFTER this summer, then you have a point.

Heldt can play.Would be a good pick up.Plus he probably will be in school 4 years.

MarkMiller

Heldt averaged 18.2 points, 7.5 rebounds and 2.3 blocked shots per game as a junior at Neenah and was named co-Player of the Year in the Fox Valley Association. He led the Rockets to a 26-2 record. His offers to date ...

Davidson, Drake, Green Bay, Lehigh, Marquette, Milwaukee, Northern Illinois, Northern Iowa, Toledo.

He is definitely a HM D1 recruit and will get additional offers soon.

As good of a recruiter that Buzz was, we ended up with small teams, because he could not see past switchables. We need to sign one otr two  bigmen every year. Some will end up like Anderson at UW, but if you get luckly use also end up with a Kaminsky. Remember Badger fans did not think much of Kaminsky his first two years. Bigmen take time and patience.
