He was great in the Andy Griffith Show, though I thought he was out of his comfort zone in Happy Days.

Yeah, my first thought was "Opie"?

Edit:  turns out, he actually did play some basketball.

I fouled him hard, he threw an elbow, I took a wild swing, nobody really hit anybody, and then suddenly the stands just went Woosh! His performance in American Graffiti was solid. Great music in that movie too, by the way.

Looks like he really made a splash in Ft. Wayne.    Many happy days there.    Far and away the best scorer in D-league history.    Glad he didn't go into a cocoon there, instead letting himself become a Cinderella man.

A few days ago, Ron was named the NBADL co-MVP.

Today, they beat the Santa Cruz Warriors for the NBADL title.

I'd be happy if Joe decided to hang it up and take a coaching position with MU.
