Got a reminder letter from MU today regarding 4/30 deadline for donations for counting for points for next re-seating.  My points they stated were way off they seem to be missing all the points for donations, anyone else have the same issue.

Looks like I better call.

Just renewed my Northwestern football tickets with my miniscule annual donation- "same seats?"  "yes, please,"  "Seat backs/cushions?"  "yes, please."  "Same credit card?"  "Yes, please."  "Okay, all done, I'll email your receipt."  "Thanks."

We only got points for our seats, but not annual donations. Something's up. Potentially my understanding of how points accrue.

When was the last time you made a donation? If you haven't made one since Jun 30, 2013 you won't have any "Consecutive Years Donation" points included in your total.

The points fall off starting with the new Marquette fiscal year until you make a donation.

Just the donation that goes with our seats, so $200-300. Unless those counted for last year?

I thought my points were lower by almost 15 or more. I emailed them but no answer yet. Something is up
