According to Blair Academy head coach Joe Mantegna, Shayok holds offers from Indiana, Marquette, Rutgers, Virginia and Michigan.

Has anyone checked to see if Rutgers, VA, Michigan offered at the appropriate time?  I smell recruiting violations
