I was just looking up Erik Williams to find some stuff on him and came across Johnnie Lacy.  I'm sure people have posted about him, but I don't really remember hearing much about him.  Seems like a pretty solid player from Bay View, #71 at scout.com, and per Rivals had Marquette listed at high.  Following the Williams signing if Marquette could land him that would be a great way to start off that '09 class.  It would definitely be disappointing to see a good Milwaukee player get away also. Anyone else know more about him?

i would doubt he's a top priority for next year's class after the signing of tyshawn taylor.  i would expect crean to try and get another point in 2010.  we're set there with taylor and acker for teh next three years, not to mention cubes and christopherson capable of bringing the ball up.

There's a rumor out there that Lacy may have to go the prep school route and be a 2010 recruit instead.  How serious it is, I don't know.
